PSI Leverages Several Different Contracting Vehicles
PSI utilizes a number of different contracting vehicles in support of the delivery of our services. This variety of contracting vehicles not only permits PSI to bid on different types of work within different industries but also provides our clients with significant flexibility in contracting options when working with PSI.

To use our GSA Schedule (GS-35F-0180L) please use the following simple steps:
- Each service order should be accompanied by a performance-based statement
of work to PSI clearly indicating the following:
— Scope of Work (SOW)
— Place and Period of Performance
— Deliverables Schedule
— Acceptance Criteria (if applicable)
- If you estimate the order will exceed $2,500 (the micro-purchase threshold),
fax your service order along with the SOW to PSI at fax number 703.553.8444. Or, you may e-mail the service order and SOW directly
to PSI at contracts@psi-it.com.
For orders exceeding $500,000, the order form should be provided to
additional GSA IT Schedule contractors.
- Place the Order by attaching the SOW to one of your agency's approved
order forms:
— Standard Form 1449
— Optional—Order for Supplies or Services Form
— GSA Form 300
8(a) Program
Participants are eligible to be awarded sole-source contracts, up to a ceiling of $3 million for goods and services. Recent changes permit 8(a) firms to form joint ventures and teams to bid on contracts.
