PSI Employee Benefits
Annual Leave
New full-time employees earn 10 days of annual leave at a rate of 3.33
hours per pay period (24 pay periods per year). After three years of service
with PSI, leave will increase to 15 days per year. After five years, leave will
increase to 20 days per year.
Sick Leave
All full-time employees are entitled to 40 hours (five days) per year
of sick leave, accruing at 1.67 hours per pay period.
Holidays
PSI observes ten federal holidays.

Coverage begins on the first day of the month following date of hire.

Company-Paid Life Insurance
All full-time PSI employees receive a company-paid life insurance policy in the amount of
$50,000, and have a guaranteed buy up to $100,000.
Disability Benefits
PSI offers short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) plans to all
full-time employees.
Tuition Reimbursement
PSI encourages regular full-time employees to improve their educational
qualifications in subjects or fields of study that are related to their
current jobs or likely future jobs. Employees are reimbursed up to $1,500
per calendar year for tuition inclusive of books.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Participation in a 401(k) retirement plan is available to all employees after
completing their six month eligibility period. PSI will match the employee's 401(k)
account contribution at 50 cents to the dollar up to 6% of the employee's annual salary.
Employees may select from a variety of AXA-managed investment funds offering
conservative to aggressive tax shelter savings strategies.
Employee Referral Program
PSI offers an Employee Referral Award for leads resulting in the hiring
of qualified candidates to fill eligible administrative, technical, and
managerial positions.
Annual Bonus Eligibility
Qualified PSI employees are eligible for year-end bonus based on their performance and whether or not the company's yearly financial objectives are met.
In addition to these benefits, the company hosts an annual end of
year holiday party, a spring/summer picnic, and monthly social events.
